Excellence in Dance Education and Training

Love and Joy of Dance

The Claravall School of Dance

The Claravall School of Dance trains students the past 50 years in the art of classical ballet. It promotes excellence in the art of teaching dance to develop students to reach the highest level of artistry competing at international levels.

Students who start at the Primary level stay on until reaching Advanced 2, the highest level under the Royal Academy of Dance Studies. To date, it has sent over 1000 students to take the RAD Exams thereby making each student one step closer to become an artist in his or her own right.

Seeking to combine art with technique, the school presents full length ballet concerts once every 2 years and twice a year shows in public venues. It also sends qualified students to local and international solo competitions who have reached the finalist and 1st place winner. Recently, it has opened dance training for Adults and Senior Dancers since 2021 aptly called Glamorous Swans.

Experience Claravall Dance

The Love and Joy of Dance is the Claravall School of Dance. Through the years, students are expected to excel in this craft but perform with much joy and confidence. It recognizes the individuality of each student, treat them with respect and promotes a welcoming atmosphere to inspire and encourage. Recently, we have accepted older students with absolutely no training from older teens to  90 years old.

Excellence in the art of
teaching dance

The school follows the Royal Academy of Dance (London) syllabus for both Graded and Vocational levels. The RAD method offers great fun for children. It enhances coordination, musicality and self-expression, thus developing self-discipline, confidence, grace and correct posture.

Our teachers are experienced RAD registered and RAD graduates dedicated to the art of ballet.
